About the Company

Banff Hospitality Collective (BHC) is a multi-concept restaurant and entertainment company with 17 venues located in downtown Banff. We serve amazing food and beverage in unique atmospheres powered by a great team.

Responsibilities

• Preparing ingredients and ensuring standards are being met
• Working closely with Chefs and kitchen team members to ensure seamless service
• Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization
• Assisting with training new team members as required

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and great communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada

Preferred Qualifications

• Fast food or culinary experience is an asset

• Earn up to $27.50/hr (Base $19.00–$20.50/hr + average tips of $4–$7/hr)
