Prep Baker

Responsibilities

• Prepare scratch-baked goods including bread, pastries, and various desserts
• Assist with production tasks such as scaling, scooping, portioning, and plating
• Package bakery items and manage attractive bakery displays
• Serve house-made gelato and interact with the Epic community
• Work alongside culinary professionals in a state-of-the-art baking facility

Requirements

• No degree required
• Food service experience is preferred
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
• Must live within 45 minutes of Verona, WI, or be willing to relocate
• COVID-19 vaccination required
