About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare and stock the premium suite pantry with appropriate products, utensils, and supplies
- Assist Suite Attendants and servers with the setup and execution of preordered food and beverage items
- Deliver restaurant orders to guests' tables and suites during events
- Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in all work areas and equipment
- Clean and restock the pantry and catering work areas following events
- Assist in setting tables and preparing reservations
- Perform additional duties as assigned to ensure successful event outcomes and high-quality customer service
Requirements
- Valid food handling certificate
- Valid alcohol service permit (based on age) and completion of state-approved training
- Ability to work event-driven schedules and maintain reliable attendance
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with guests, management, and co-workers
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working as a Runner in a hospitality or restaurant setting
