Premium Suite Runner

Responsibilities

• Prepare and stock the premium suite pantry with appropriate products, utensils, and supplies
• Assist Suite Attendants and servers with the setup and execution of preordered food and beverage items
• Deliver restaurant orders to guests' tables and suites during events
• Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards by keeping work areas and equipment clean
• Set tables and prepare reservations for the restaurant and suites
• Ensure the pantry is cleaned and restocked following the conclusion of events

Requirements

• Valid food handling certificate
• Valid alcohol service permit (based upon age)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, event-driven environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
• Demonstrated ability to maintain excellent and reliable attendance

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a Runner in a hospitality or restaurant setting
