Premium Seating Guest Services

Responsibilities

• Deliver exemplary customer service to guests, including greeting and scanning tickets upon entry
• Assist guests with locating seats and checking tickets for VIP and premium seating locations
• Guide guests to exits and provide assistance or instructions in the event of an emergency
• Monitor crowds for behavior that requires management or law enforcement attention
• Assist with guest complaints and maintain a safe, clean, and presentable venue
• Participate in post-show cleanup, including collecting recycling, compost, and trash
• Partner with crew members to close the venue and store event equipment

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Customer service friendly attitude and good communication skills
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
• Ability to work in all weather conditions at an outdoor venue
• Availability to work evenings and weekends on event dates
• Ability to perform duties in a professional manner and make good independent judgments
