Premium Sales Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 10 staff to execute nightly operations in premium spaces, including VIP lounges and premium seating.
• Train non-Food & Beverage staff on service standards for VIP and premium locations.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive premium seat and experience sales.
• Schedule staff and assign specific tasks and positions for event days.
• Act as the primary liaison between the premium sales team and the broader operations department.
• Monitor premium locations throughout events to manage capacity and ensure high service standards.
• Manage VIP lounge logistics, serving as the point of contact for vendors and entertainment.
• Collaborate with the Box Office Manager to resolve ticketing issues and assist with closing guest tabs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in hospitality with a track record of leading high-quality service in fast-paced environments.
• Proven experience in supervisory roles, including coaching and staff development.
• Smart Serve Certification and must be at least 19 years of age.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong business aptitude and ability to thrive in high-volume settings.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Square, SevenRooms, or Archtics systems.
• Proficiency in French (verbal and written).
