Premium Operations Team Member

Responsibilities

• Support the Premium Team Manager with operations, logistics, and maintaining clear communication
• Maintain the appearance and functionality of Premium Club and box areas through power washing, cleaning, and debris removal
• Clean and maintain venue furnishings including tables, chairs, and umbrellas
• Perform painting and staining tasks as required to maintain facility standards
• Prepare all premium spaces to be guest-ready, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety
• Perform physical duties including lifting at least 25 lbs and working outdoors for extended periods
• Maintain the working order of all facilities within premium areas and seat boxes
• Assist with setup on non-show days to ensure all spaces are show-ready

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain
• Working knowledge of multiple trades, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and painting
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the event schedule
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in event operations
