Premium Operations Associate-Junior

Responsibilities

• Review submissions and record premium details accurately
• Perform validations and review to confirm accuracy of data recorded
• Prepare and issue documents and reports accurately, as per specifications
• Interact with team and customers as required to complete deliverables
• Communicate issues or queries on a timely basis to ensure quick resolution
• Assist with troubleshooting and improving processes, as needed
• Perform special project as assigned

Requirements

• Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Detail- and quality-minded with a keen eye for process improvements
• Collaborative and team-oriented with ability to execute within an international team
• Proficient knowledge of Excel and Word
• B.S. Degree in Finance, Accounting or similar
• Beginner to intermediate level working knowledge of insurance, finance, or administrative operations
• Experience with automation and process-optimization tools
