Premium Lounge Host Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee pre-event lounge setup to ensure the space is fully prepared and meets premium standards
• Supervise and direct lounge staff, managing assignments and providing real-time guidance to maintain service excellence
• Coordinate guest arrival and credential verification to ensure smooth entry for VIPs and donors
• Act as an escalation point for guest inquiries, resolving concerns regarding venue amenities, food, and beverage
• Maintain a safe and welcoming environment by supervising staff to uphold security protocols
• Complete post-event reporting, including staffing notes, guest feedback, and operational recommendations
• Assist with inventory management of ancillary products and support upselling efforts

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field
• Excellent guest service and team-building skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of leadership and diverse groups of people
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods, including working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Availability to work daytime and evening shifts on weekdays and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with VIP or high-profile clients
