Premium Lounge Host

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival and verify credentials for lounge access
• Deliver personalized, attentive service to VIP guests and donors
• Act as the primary point of contact for venue inquiries, amenities, and food and beverage offerings
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of lounge decor, signage, and amenities
• Monitor the lounge environment to ensure cleanliness, comfort, and professional presentation
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests within the lounge and surrounding areas

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in customer service or hospitality
• Bachelor's degree
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds
• Availability to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with large crowds
