Premier Client Specialist

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary client contact to provide holistic banking and investment solutions
• Uncover financial needs through a consultative approach and financial planning methodology
• Drive new client acquisition and grow assets under management (AUM)
• Collaborate with Financial Advisors and community partners to deliver a premium customer experience
• Develop and execute business plans and sales strategies to achieve objectives
• Identify and cultivate strategic relationships with centers of influence, such as law and accounting firms
• Provide guidance on a variety of products including annuities, mutual funds, 529s, and life insurance
• Mentor and coach branch personnel to enhance knowledge regarding mass affluent clients
• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory policies, risk management frameworks, and ethical standards

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in financial services
• Possession of SIE Exam, Series 6, 63, and 65 licenses, plus State Life and Health insurance licenses (or ability to obtain them within 120 days)
• Strong knowledge of banking products, including deposits, loans, and credit risk policies
• In-depth understanding of brokerage and insurance products
• Proven experience in prospecting, client acquisition, and relationship management
• Ability to perform cash flow analysis and understand lending processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in a related field of study
• Possession of Series 7, 66, or 65 licenses
• Advanced knowledge of retirement plans, business banking solutions, and succession planning
• Experience in personal trust and investment management
