Premier Client Specialist

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary client contact to provide holistic banking and investment solutions
• Uncover financial needs through a consultative approach to build long-term relationships
• Drive new client acquisition and grow assets under management (AUM)
• Provide financial advice and guidance on products such as annuities, mutual funds, and life insurance
• Collaborate with Financial Advisors for clients with complex financial requirements
• Develop and execute business plans and sales strategies to achieve objectives
• Identify and cultivate relationships with Centers of Influence (COIs) like law and accounting firms
• Promote the adoption of digital banking platforms and features among clients
• Monitor sales and service performance to identify and close performance gaps

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in financial services
• Possession of SIE Exam, Series 6, 63, and 65 licenses, and state Life and Health insurance licenses (or ability to obtain them within 120 days)
• Strong knowledge of banking products, including deposits, loans, and credit risk policies
• In-depth understanding of brokerage and insurance products
• Proven experience in prospecting, client acquisition, and relationship management
• Ability to perform cash flow analysis and understand lending processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in a related field of study
• Possession of Series 7, 66, or additional 65 licenses
