Premier Client Specialist

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary client contact to uncover financial needs and provide holistic banking and investment solutions
• Drive new client acquisition and grow Assets Under Management (AUM) through deposits and investments
• Take a consultative approach to relationship building, providing advice on annuities, mutual funds, 529s, and life insurance
• Collaborate with Financial Advisors to address complex client financial needs
• Develop and execute business plans and sales strategies to achieve objectives
• Build relationships with Centers of Influence (COIs) such as law and accounting firms to generate referrals
• Promote the adoption of digital banking platforms and features among clients
• Monitor sales and service performance to identify and close performance gaps
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory policies, security procedures, and risk management frameworks

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in financial services
• Possession of SIE Exam, Series 6, Series 63, and Series 65 licenses
• State Life and Health insurance licenses
• Note: If licenses are not currently held, they must be obtained within 120 days of the start date
• Proven knowledge of banking products, pricing strategies, and profitability management
• In-depth understanding of brokerage and insurance products
• Strong understanding of deposit, loan, and credit risk policies

Preferred Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in a related field of study
• Series 7, 66, or 65 licenses
• Advanced proficiency in client portfolio management and sales strategy execution
