About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary client contact to uncover financial needs and provide holistic banking and investment solutions
- Take a consultative approach to relationship building, providing guidance on products such as annuities, mutual funds, and life insurance
- Proactively manage an assigned customer portfolio to identify sales opportunities and grow overall AUM
- Collaborate with Financial Advisors to address complex client financial needs
- Develop and execute business plans and sales strategies to achieve acquisition and retention targets
- Build strategic relationships with Centers of Influence (COIs) such as law and accounting firms
- Guide clients toward digital platform adoption and promote digital feature usage
- Ensure all activities comply with regulatory policies, risk management frameworks, and ethical standards
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience in financial services
- Possession of SIE Exam, Series 6, Series 63, and Series 65 licenses
- Valid State Life and Health insurance licenses
- Note: If licenses are not currently held, they must be obtained within 120 days of the start date
- Strong knowledge of banking products, pricing strategies, and profitability management
- In-depth understanding of brokerage and insurance products
- Proficiency in cash flow analysis, lending processes, and credit risk policies
Preferred Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree in a related field of study
- Possession of Series 7, 66, or 65 licenses
- Advanced knowledge of retirement plans, business banking solutions, and succession planning
