Premier Client Specialist

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary client contact to provide holistic banking and investment solutions
• Uncover financial needs through a consultative approach and financial planning
• Drive new client acquisition and grow assets under management (AUM)
• Collaborate with Financial Advisors and Centers of Influence (COIs) to manage complex client needs
• Develop and execute business plans and sales strategies to achieve objectives
• Promote the adoption of digital banking platforms and features
• Manage client portfolios by making recommendations on products, pricing, and services
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, credit risk, and security policies

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in financial services
• Required licenses: SIE Exam, Series 6, 63, 65, and State Life and Health insurance licenses
• Strong knowledge of banking and investment products, including brokerage and insurance
• Understanding of credit risk policies, lending processes, and cash flow analysis
• Ability to manage client onboarding, documentation, and service delivery
• Proficiency in prospecting, acquisition, and relationship management

Preferred Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in a related field of study
• Possession of Series 7, 66, or 65 licenses
• Experience with retirement plans, business banking solutions, and succession planning
