Premier Client Specialist

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary client contact to uncover financial needs and provide holistic banking and investment solutions.
• Take a consultative approach to relationship building, providing advice on advisory accounts, annuities, mutual funds, and life insurance.
• Proactively manage an assigned customer portfolio to identify sales opportunities and grow Assets Under Management (AUM).
• Collaborate with Financial Advisors and Centers of Influence (COIs) to support clients with complex financial needs.
• Develop and execute business plans and sales strategies to achieve acquisition and retention targets.
• Promote the adoption of digital banking platforms and features among clients.
• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory policies, risk management frameworks, and ethical standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in financial services.
• Possession of SIE Exam, Series 6, 63, and 65 licenses.
• Valid State Life and Health insurance licenses.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, including deposits, loans, and credit risk policies.
• In-depth understanding of brokerage and insurance products.
• Proven ability to manage client portfolios and execute sales strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in a related field of study.
• Possession of Series 7 or Series 66 licenses.
