Premier Client Specialist

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary client contact to provide holistic banking and investment solutions
• Uncover financial needs through a consultative approach and financial planning
• Drive new client acquisition and grow Assets Under Management (AUM)
• Collaborate with Financial Advisors and Centers of Influence (COIs) to manage complex client needs
• Develop and execute business plans and sales strategies to achieve targets
• Promote the adoption of digital banking platforms and features
• Build strategic relationships within the community to identify new prospects
• Monitor sales and service performance to identify and close performance gaps
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, security, and risk management policies

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in financial services
• Possession of SIE Exam, Series 6, 63, and 65 licenses
• Valid State Life and Health insurance licenses
• Strong knowledge of banking products, pricing strategies, and profitability management
• In-depth understanding of brokerage, insurance, and investment products
• Proficiency in cash flow analysis, lending processes, and credit risk policies
• Ability to work independently on complex tasks and unique client situations

Preferred Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in a related field of study
• Possession of Series 7 or Series 66 licenses
