Premier Client Specialist

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary client contact to provide holistic banking and investment solutions
• Uncover financial needs through a consultative approach and financial planning methodology
• Drive new client acquisition and grow assets under management (AUM)
• Collaborate with Financial Advisors and Centers of Influence (COIs) to manage complex client needs
• Develop and execute business plans and sales strategies to achieve objectives
• Promote the adoption of digital banking platforms and features
• Build strategic relationships within the community to identify new prospects and referral sources
• Manage client onboarding, documentation, and service delivery while ensuring regulatory compliance
• Monitor sales and service performance to identify and close performance gaps

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in financial services
• Possession of SIE Exam, Series 6, Series 63, and Series 65 licenses
• Valid State Life and Health insurance licenses
• In-depth knowledge of banking products, including deposits, loans, and credit risk policies
• Strong understanding of brokerage and insurance products
• Proficiency in client portfolio management and financial needs discovery
• Ability to work independently on complex tasks and manage regulatory compliance requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in a related field of study
• Possession of Series 7 or Series 66 licenses
