Premier Client Service Specialist

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary dedicated liaison for VIP clients, managing complex inquiries related to equities, options, margin, and account management
• Lead and oversee the seamless end-to-end process for premier client onboarding, account funding, and stock transfers
• Proactively monitor client relationships to identify potential needs and enhance satisfaction and loyalty
• Identify at-risk clients and lead retention efforts by presenting tailored solutions to preserve relationships
• Analyze client feedback to advocate for platform or service improvements for the high-net-worth segment

Requirements

• FINRA Series 7 & 63 licensed
• Bilingual in Chinese and English
• 3+ years in financial services with success in premium client support (e.g., wealth management or private client services)
• Strong working knowledge of brokerage operations, trading products, and complex account procedures
• Proven experience handling and serving corporate accounts
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills for high-touch client management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing and implementing client retention strategies
• Background in compliance or a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to drive long-term loyalty and identify growth opportunities
• Skilled in delivering platform demonstrations and working with various trading products
