About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of high-net-worth (HNW) client relationships, focusing on retention and asset growth in U.S. and Hong Kong equities.
  • Provide market expertise by synthesizing global capital markets news, research, and data into actionable insights for sophisticated investors.
  • Act as a product advocate, training clients on Moomoo platform features, advanced trading tools, and new functionality.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HNW inquiries regarding account management, trading, funding, and complex problem resolution.
  • Orchestrate exclusive client engagement events, such as investment salons and site visits, to foster community and brand loyalty.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Trading, Operations, and Compliance teams to improve the premier service experience.

Requirements

  • Active Series 7 and 63 licenses.
  • 3+ years of experience in financial services, specifically within private banking, wealth management, or sales and trading.
  • Proven experience working directly with high-net-worth or institutional clients.
  • Strong understanding of equity and options markets and macroeconomic trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to master and teach complex technology platforms.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build credibility with sophisticated investors.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a front-office, client-facing role at a private bank or investment firm.
  • Background in equities trading, sales, or investment advisory.
  • Familiarity with U.S. and Hong Kong market structures and trading conventions.
  • Experience managing corporate accounts or multi-entity structures.
