Responsibilities

• Support the Vice President in technical project procurement for Power Electronics (Electrified Motion)
• Develop global strategies, concepts, and decision templates
• Organize international workshops and conduct preventive risk analyses and sustainability assessments
• Advance innovation, supply chain, and digitalization initiatives
• Implement agile innovation management for process optimization and digital transformation
• Deepen collaboration with the Power Solutions business unit regarding project management, quality, and development

Requirements

• Above-average university degree in Industrial Engineering, Technical Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field
• Concrete intention to pursue a Master's degree following the program
• Knowledge in project management and procurement is an advantage
• Strong teamwork, communication, and intercultural skills
• Proficiency in German and English
