PreMaster Programm- Power Electronics

Responsibilities

• Support the Vice President in technical project procurement for Power Electronics (Electrified Motion)
• Assist in global strategy development, including concept elaboration, decision templates, and international workshop organization
• Conduct preventive risk analyses and work on sustainability topics for the Future-Core Business sector
• Support the development of innovation, supply chain, and digitalization initiatives
• Drive innovation management through agile development of creative ideas for process optimization and digital transformation
• Deepen collaboration with the Power Solutions business unit regarding project management, quality, and development

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Technical Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field
• Clear intention to pursue a Master's degree following the program
• Knowledge of project management and procurement (practical experience is a plus)
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in an intercultural environment
• Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
