Preload Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise Package Handlers and Clerks on safety, productivity, and job-related tasks
• Manage employee attendance and submit timecards
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with employees, management, and customers
• Facilitate training for new and current employees and conduct group meetings
• Coordinate performance evaluations with management
• Determine effective solutions for package-related concerns
• Supervise daily activities to ensure all duties are completed safely and on time
• Demonstrate high ethical standards and adherence to the company code of conduct

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. (32 kgs)
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Must be a U.S. Citizen, National, or authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent
• Previous management experience
