Prelicensure Mental Health Nursing Adjunct Faculty

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a commitment to excellence in teaching, scholarship, and service activities.
• Support the mission of the College of Nursing and the University through the integration of Christian faith and learning.
• Provide instruction and mentorship within the Prelicensure Mental Health Nursing curriculum.

Requirements

• Master's degree in nursing (applicants with a BSN currently enrolled in a graduate program are eligible).
• Unencumbered California registered nurse license.
• Minimum of one year of direct patient care within the past five years in the designated clinical area.
• Eligibility for teaching approval by the California Board of Registered Nursing (BRN).
• Ability to embrace the mission of California Baptist University and integrate Christian faith into teaching.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous teaching experience in a nursing or clinical setting.
