Predictive Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform field vibration data collection and report activities
• Ensure compliance with vibration routes and monitor unmonitored equipment
• Execute on-demand laser alignment for machinery
• Conduct periodic thermographic inspections on electrical panels
• Collect lubricant samples for analysis following best practices
• Perform preventive inspections by evaluating machinery and lubricant behavior
• Follow official SKF monitoring procedures and safety policies
• Maintain cleanliness of the workplace and external components of hydraulic and lubrication systems
• Lubricate components including couplings, bearings, roller bearings, and reducers/multipliers

Requirements

• Technical degree in Mechanics or Electromechanics
• Proven experience in vibration data collection for rotating equipment
• Experience in thermography
• Experience with laser alignment
• Must reside in Niterói or a nearby area with easy access
