Preconstruction Senior Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain comprehensive integrated master schedules for data center projects
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and trade partners to validate sequencing
• Create and update multiple schedules for various potential scopes until lease signing
• Conduct detailed schedule analysis to identify risks, delays, and optimization opportunities
• Implement recovery strategies and mitigation plans to maintain project milestones
• Facilitate schedule review meetings and present critical path analyses to stakeholders
• Establish, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Integrate subcontractor and vendor schedules into the master project schedule
• Support project controls including progress measurement and earned value analysis
• Provide schedule input for change orders and claims analysis
• Assist client with transition from Microsoft Project to P6 EPPM tools

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
• Strong understanding of CPM, work breakdown structures, and construction sequencing
• Experience with data center or mission-critical infrastructure construction
• Familiarity with Power BI, Excel, and reporting tools
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project scheduling
• 3+ years in a senior or lead role
• Experience in fast-paced, high-tech environments
• PMP, AACE PSP, or PMI-SP certification
