Responsibilities
- Manage, supervise, and coordinate the daily project preconstruction phases
- Ensure successful completion of preconstruction to achieve cost objectives
- Oversee contracting, scheduling, estimating, and bidding processes
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a Preconstruction position
- Proven success completing Design Build or Construction Management at Risk projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Four-year degree in a construction-related curriculum
- LEED AP certification
- OSHA 30-hour certification
