Preclinical Operations Associate II

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive program management support across Preclinical Operations, Bioanalytical Sciences, Scientific Writing, and Drug Safety and Pharmacometrics.
• Facilitate the development, alignment, and execution of nonclinical cross-functional plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Integrate nonclinical activities into broader project plans to ensure alignment with development objectives.
• Proactively monitor progress against approved plans and communicate risks, issues, dependencies, and variances.
• Lead and coordinate sub-teams for assigned programs to ensure clear objectives and effective decision-making.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with functional and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate nonclinical program information in corporate planning tools such as Planisware, SharePoint, and MS Project.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities and supporting implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant scientific or technical field.
• Minimum of 2 years of project or program management experience.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes, tools, and systems.
