About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive program management support across Preclinical Operations, Bioanalytical Sciences, Scientific Writing, and Drug Safety and Pharmacometrics.
- Facilitate the development, alignment, and execution of nonclinical cross-functional plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Integrate nonclinical activities into broader project plans to ensure alignment with development objectives.
- Proactively monitor progress against approved plans and communicate risks, issues, dependencies, and variances.
- Lead and coordinate sub-teams for assigned programs to ensure clear objectives and effective decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with functional and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate nonclinical program information in corporate planning tools such as Planisware, SharePoint, and MS Project.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities and supporting implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant scientific or technical field.
- Minimum of 2 years of project or program management experience.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes, tools, and systems.
