Precision Mechanic

Responsibilities

• Manufacture and adapt components using conventional turning and milling machines as well as CNC milling machines
• Assemble small assemblies and contribute to their ongoing technical development
• Produce individual parts precisely according to technical drawings
• Actively participate in the optimization of fixtures, assembly aids, and manufacturing processes
• Perform independent quality controls on manufactured components and document results in databases
• Program CNC machines using Autodesk Fusion
• Maintain and service machines and equipment to ensure smooth production workflows
• Work with ERP systems, ideally SAP

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a Precision Mechanic, Industrial Mechanic, Toolmaker, or a comparable qualification
• Relevant professional experience in mechanical manufacturing (turning, milling, hard soldering, welding, or vacuum technology)
• Strong analytical skills and experience in troubleshooting and error detection
• High level of technical understanding and a precise, quality-oriented way of working
• Ability to work reliably within a team and share expertise with colleagues
