Precision CNC Turning Programmer

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement CNC programs for turning operations based on technical drawings and specifications
• Set up and operate CNC lathes, ensuring optimal machine performance and tool efficiency
• Monitor machining processes and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and accuracy
• Conduct regular inspections of finished parts using precision measuring tools
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot machining issues
• Document production data, including programming changes and inspection results
• Adhere to all safety and quality standards

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CNC Turning Programmer in a precision machining environment
• Strong knowledge of CNC programming languages such as G-code
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM software
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately
• Proficiency in operating CNC lathes and related machinery
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
