About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement CNC EDM programs from technical drawings
- Set up, calibrate, and operate wire and sinker EDM equipment
- Monitor and adjust machining processes to maximize efficiency
- Inspect finished components using precision measuring instruments
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams on process enhancements
- Document production data including machining time and part counts
- Uphold safety and quality standards
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as a CNC EDM Programmer
- In-depth knowledge of EDM processes and programming methodologies
- Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and specifications
- Familiarity with EDM programming software
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with ISO certification is advantageous
