About the role
Responsibilities
- Process, monitor, and test diverse assembly orders in final assembly based on technical drawings, parts lists, and verbal instructions
- Prepare materials and components, select appropriate tools and fixtures, and structure work processes
- Select measuring and testing equipment for intermediate and final inspections
- Perform error correction and conduct final tests and quality checks
- Complete assignments within specified deadlines and timeframes
- Propose templates and aids to improve workflow, quality, and process reliability
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a Mechatronics Technician, Industrial Mechanic, or a comparable qualification
- Proven experience in complex mechanical assembly or a strong willingness to train in precision manufacturing under cleanroom conditions
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment with a high sense of responsibility and flexibility
- Proficiency in English and basic PC skills
