Precision Assembler & Surface Finish Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform complete surface finishing of machined parts to meet specified quality standards
• Assemble precision aircraft parts including landing gear struts, fueling equipment, and actuators
• Conduct functional checks of precision assemblies and diagnose malfunctions
• Install hardware and fittings such as nuts, bolts, brackets, and bushings
• Execute technical tasks including drilling, sawing, shot-peening, hand honing, and cold working
• Interpret blueprints, assembly pages, and specification books to guide work assignments
• Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure all work meets quality requirements
• Inspect finished parts to ensure strict compliance with quality specifications

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience setting and using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, dial indicators)
• 1+ years of experience using hand tools and hand-held power tools
• 1+ years of experience reading and interpreting drawings and blueprints
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 35 pounds
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Must be a "US Person" as defined by export control regulations
