About the Company

Youth Athletes United was created to provide the best programming and service in the market for youth sports, starting with their first sports experience. Our goal is to provide an experience where every child is an athlete, creating healthy habits and teaching life skills through fun fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Use individual attention to ensure every child has success
• Implement a non-competitive approach to ensure classes are fun and stress-free
• Use positive reinforcement to encourage children and celebrate success
• Follow the Amazing Athletes Coaching Manual & Curriculum
• Attend training and remain open to feedback for continuous improvement

Requirements

• Ability to travel up to 30 minutes to various school, park, or recreational center locations
• Availability during morning and early afternoon hours (Monday-Friday, 9:00-11:00 am and 2:00-4:00 pm)
• Open-mindedness and a desire to work with children
