Pre Sales/Delivery Engineer

Responsibilities

• Bridge the gap between presales and delivery by translating client requirements into technical solutions and supporting the full sales cycle
• Prepare and deliver technical proposals, RFP/RFI responses, BOQs, solution architectures, and proof-of-concepts
• Design end-to-end solutions, conduct technical assessments, and ensure feasibility, scalability, and cost-effectiveness
• Lead or support project delivery from kickoff to handover, coordinating teams and ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
• Manage client relationships, facilitate workshops, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Maintain documentation, reporting, and compliance while ensuring quality standards and continuous improvement

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant work experience
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software solutions, and system integrations
• Ability to prepare technical proposals, BOQs, and solution architectures
• Project management and coordination skills across cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client-facing roles
• Analytical problem-solving and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
