Pre-Sales Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and procure hardware, sensors, and components for EAI and robotics demonstration setups
• Manage end-to-end physical and technical deployment of demonstration units, showrooms, and exhibition booths
• Maintain and calibrate all deployed EAI and robotics demonstration hardware and sensors
• Manage software lifecycle for demonstration units, including flashing software builds and upgrading firmware
• Design and execute user-centric demonstration scenarios and scripts
• Partner with Sales and Business Development to co-host client visits, government inspections, and VIP tours
• Synthesize visitor feedback and technical pain points for R&D and Product Development teams

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in pre-sales support, technical support, application engineering, or hardware deployment
• Experience in robotics, AI, autonomous driving, or high-tech manufacturing industries
• Proven experience in technical asset lifecycle management and hardware procurement
• Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with hardware-software integration and Linux/Ubuntu environments
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge or hands-on experience with ROS/ROS2, Python, or robotics data analysis tools
• Experience managing high-profile exhibition booths or corporate showrooms
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin
