Pre-sales Representative (Motorcycle)

Responsibilities

• Prospect and search for new customers within the assigned territory
• Take orders from both new and existing clients
• Increase the customer portfolio and overall sales volume
• Provide continuous customer service and follow-up
• Negotiate credit terms with potential clients
• Perform door-to-door sales (cambaceo) and manage the sales cycle
• Execute route planning and zone optimization
• Manage sales within the retail/detail channel

Requirements

• High school diploma (completed)
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a motorcycle-based pre-sales representative
• Proven experience in customer prospecting, sales, and order taking
• Knowledge of the Miguel Hidalgo, GAM, and Azcapotzalco zones
• Valid motorcycle license (C Estatal or A1 CDMX)
• Proficiency in using mobile devices
• Ability to operate a manual motorcycle (minimum 250 cc)
