About the role
Responsibilities
- Review customer RFQs and tender requirements to identify necessary technical details
- Prepare technical proposals, datasheets, compliance documents, and supporting materials
- Coordinate with technical teams and suppliers to answer technical clarifications
- Prepare customer quotations and format commercial proposals professionally
- Verify pricing, product models, quantities, and delivery terms for accuracy
- Track RFQ and tender deadlines and manage submission checklists
- Coordinate with sales, supply chain, and external parties to collect required documentation
- Maintain and update opportunity records, quotations, and attachments in CRM/Odoo
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in pre-sales, technical proposals, or tender preparation
- Solid understanding of IT solutions including hardware, networking, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure
- Proven ability to prepare both technical and commercial proposals
- Strong English writing and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with a focus on meeting strict deadlines
- Experience using CRM or Odoo is preferred
