Pre-Sales Intern

About the Company

VREY is building the EnergyOS for multi-family residential buildings. We combine certified metering operations with our own software to enable owners to sell self-generated solar power directly to tenants, turning regulatory requirements into profitable opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Qualify incoming inbound leads and conduct structured discussions with property owners regarding solar and energy solutions
• Analyze needs, potentials, and decision-making structures to ensure high-quality handovers to the sales team
• Coordinate follow-up appointments and ensure a professional customer journey from initial contact to handover
• Document all relevant steps in the CRM to maintain pipeline transparency
• Analyze existing pre-sales processes to identify friction points and develop ideas to increase speed and efficiency
• Help build structures around CRM, reporting, lead tracking, and funnel management

Requirements

• Currently studying Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Entrepreneurship, Sales, Real Estate Management, or a comparable field
• Previous practical experience in B2C/B2B Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, Start-ups, VC, or Consulting is ideal
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to make independent, data-driven decisions
• Structured, KPI-driven way of working
• Strong interest in start-ups, energy, or real estate
• Based in Berlin or willing to relocate
• Fluent in German (min. C2) and English
