Pre-Sales Infrastructure Architect

Responsibilities

• Act as the key technical interface between Philips and customers regarding solution design for hospital patient monitoring.
• Develop sales strategies to differentiate Philips solutions technically within installed base and competitive accounts.
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers to translate Philips value into healthcare workflow initiatives.
• Support the development of Statements of Work (SOW) and Value Added Services (VAS) scopes.
• Deliver technical presentations to customers focusing on the value proposition and infrastructure components.
• Partner with Sales Support to provide input on sales tools, pricing, and competitive market threats.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 5 years of experience in Healthcare IT, Medical Devices, or Electronic Health Records.
• Proven experience with Epic, Cerner, and EHR workflows.
• Proficiency with technical documentation tools such as Visio.
• Must reside within a 1-hour driving distance of a major airport.
• Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Capital Medical Sales or Patient Monitoring.
• Background in medical device integration and enterprise monitoring ecosystems.
