About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the key technical interface between Philips and customers regarding solution design for hospital patient monitoring.
- Develop successful sales strategies to differentiate Philips solutions in both installed base and competitive accounts.
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers (KAM) to translate Philips value into healthcare workflow initiatives.
- Provide technical expertise on medical device integration and the Health Systems Enterprise Monitoring ecosystem.
- Assist in defining the implementation of the Market 2 Order process, including the development of Statements of Work (SOW).
- Support KAMs with customer presentations, Request for Proposals (RFP) strategies, and technical value propositions.
- Partner with Sales Support to provide input on sales tools, pricing, and competitive threats.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 5 years of experience in Healthcare IT, Medical Devices, or Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Proven experience with Epic, Cerner, and EHR workflows.
- Proficiency with Visio for solution design and documentation.
- Ability to live within a 1-hour driving distance of a major airport.
- Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
- Results-oriented approach with a high level of energy and a collaborative mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Capital Medical Sales or Patient Monitoring.
- Deep understanding of clinical and technical efficiencies within healthcare environments.
