About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily general administration for the Wine department
  • Handle pre- and post-sale auction administration including estimates and data entry
  • Provide consignors with pre- and post-sale information and documentation
  • Ensure all auction contracts are distributed and signed by all parties
  • Manage House Property, canceled sales, re-offers, and purchase orders
  • Maintain auction sale files and department directories
  • Coordinate auction sale settlement and manage photo requests
  • Assist with saleroom set-up, property inspections, and event organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Previous administrative or wine industry experience preferred
  • Knowledge and interest in wine preferred
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with SAP, CLIENT, CAT, or Valuation systems preferred
