About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage daily general administration for the Wine department
- Handle pre- and post-sale auction administration including estimates and data entry
- Provide consignors with pre- and post-sale information and documentation
- Ensure all auction contracts are distributed and signed by all parties
- Manage House Property, canceled sales, re-offers, and purchase orders
- Maintain auction sale files and department directories
- Coordinate auction sale settlement and manage photo requests
- Assist with saleroom set-up, property inspections, and event organization
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Previous administrative or wine industry experience preferred
- Knowledge and interest in wine preferred
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with SAP, CLIENT, CAT, or Valuation systems preferred
