Pre-sales Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design innovative electronic security technological solutions that translate technical requirements into clear, viable, and competitive proposals.
• Provide technical support to the commercial area and business development teams regarding company products and solutions.
• Define the technical and functional aspects of global solutions to satisfy client requirements for quality, performance, and deadlines.
• Elaborate technical proposals and offers for both public and private tenders.
• Ensure the technical and economic viability of proposed solutions.
• Accompany the sales team during requirement gathering and provide technical defense of proposals to clients.

Requirements

• Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• More than 5 years of professional experience in technical proposal development and documentation.
• Strong knowledge of electronic security technologies (CCTV, CCAA, etc.), telecommunications, and information systems.
• Proven experience in responding to large-scale public and private tenders.
• English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong organizational, planning, and leadership skills to coordinate workgroups and milestones.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in Project Management.
• Deep knowledge of the IT sector and related security services.
• Experience conducting technical presentations, demonstrations, and proofs of concept.
