Pre-sales Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide technical pre-sales support across various business verticals using deep knowledge of company products and solutions.
• Define technical and functional global solutions in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to meet client requirements regarding quality, performance, and deadlines.
• Prepare technical proposals and offers for both public and private tenders, ensuring the technical and economic viability of all solutions.
• Accompany the sales process to gather technical and functional requirements and provide technical defense of proposals to clients.
• Lead and supervise work teams by organizing delivery schedules, milestones, and progress tracking.

Requirements

• University degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• More than 5 years of professional experience in preparing technical proposals and documentation.
• Strong technical knowledge of the IT sector and Electronic Security (CCTV, CCAA, etc.).
• Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
• Expert level skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• High capacity for analyzing client requirements and tender specifications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in Project Management.
• Experience responding to large-scale public and private tenders.
