Pre-Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

• Conduct technology research to support solution design and customer requirements
• Assist in pricing and configuration of IT services and cloud solutions by analyzing vendor pricing models
• Support cloud pricing analysis and configuration for customer proposals
• Perform configuration item and contract reconciliation to ensure accuracy in customer agreements
• Collaborate with Solution Architects to build technology solutions that align with customer needs
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to solution designs, pricing, and configurations
• Participate in training and mentorship programs led by senior engineers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or a related business function
• Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret technical information
• Basic knowledge of enterprise IT environments, including ERP, networking, databases, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial or pricing analysis tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies

• Internships or academic projects related to enterprise IT, cloud computing, or technology research
