Pre-Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

• Conduct technology research to support solution design and customer requirements
• Assist in the pricing and configuration of IT services and cloud solutions
• Perform cloud pricing analysis and configuration for customer proposals
• Support configuration item and contract reconciliation to ensure accuracy in agreements
• Collaborate with Solution Architects to build technology solutions aligned with customer needs
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to solution designs, pricing, and configurations
• Participate in training and mentorship programs led by senior engineers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or a related business function
• Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret technical information
• Basic knowledge of enterprise IT environments (ERP, networking, databases, cloud platforms)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial or pricing analysis tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Internships or academic projects related to enterprise IT or cloud computing
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms
