Pre Sales Engineer, Networking

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer business needs and existing system requirements to design complex networking products and solutions
• Provide technical pre-sales support for the development and implementation of complex applications
• Act as a seasoned individual contributor, working independently to manage projects and processes
• Champion significant projects, programs, and business initiatives using creativity and ingenuity
• Influence internal policies, practices, and procedures regarding technical workflows
• Coach and review the work of junior professionals and provide leadership within the work group
• Cultivate and develop lasting customer relationships through strong technical and business acumen

Requirements

• Four-year college degree or equivalent relevant experience in a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of functional professional experience
• Minimum of 3 years of specific experience in networking or a related technical domain
• Strong technical and business acumen
• Proven ability in customer relationship management
