Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team technically in setting up offers until quotes are issued
  • Respond to bids in collaboration with Business Developers
  • Analyze and qualify prospect and customer needs alongside the sales team
  • Design appropriate technical offers in coordination with the technical team
  • Provide technical assistance to Account Managers
  • Perform technical presentations for customers and users
  • Escalate field experiences to technical teams for continuous product improvement

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in a similar function
  • Strong knowledge of commercial techniques
  • Understanding of the hosting value chain from data centers to cloud services
  • Capacity for synthesis and analysis
  • Strong team spirit and human contact skills
