Responsibilities
- Identify client challenges and qualify needs during client meetings in collaboration with sales teams
- Contribute to the development of response strategies
- Build innovative solutions and tailored proposals (End user services, UX management, Data Analytics, etc.)
- Orchestrate resources involved in the pre-sales process (operations, marketing, legal, IT, etc.)
- Manage project P&L in coordination with the sales department
- Prepare and lead client presentations
- Ensure technological, economic, and competitive monitoring
- Oversee project startup and continuous improvement of offers
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of significant experience in complex pre-sales projects
- Ideally experienced in Managed Services (Infogérance) and outcome-based contracts
- Strategic vision and leadership skills
- Ability to manage long-term sales cycles
- Fluency in English is a plus
