Pre-Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

• Process technical requests for proposals (RFPs) and tenders for complex international AV and lighting installation projects
• Ensure all tender responses are technically compliant with client requirements
• Manage and coordinate the technical planning team during the tendering phase
• Independently design and implement planning for media and lighting installations
• Prepare technical documentation, including layout plans, renderings, sketches, block diagrams, and design reports
• Conduct technical risk analyses and prepare preliminary construction schedules
• Provide technical consulting and coordination for clients
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments such as Design, Commercial, and Procurement

Requirements

• Degree in Audio-Visual Engineering or equivalent proven experience
• Several years of experience in pre-sales engineering or technical project management within the AV/lighting industry
• Strong understanding of technical project planning, execution, and documentation
• Solid knowledge of the AVL industry, specifically regarding permanent installations in museums, exhibitions, or experience centers
• Fluency in English (both verbal and written)
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
